Refund Policy

Before purchasing from Wapa, be sure to check the hair type, inches, style, color and price. We do not refund money after purchase. After receiving your merchandise, and for whatever reason you wish to return it, the merchandise must meet the following requirements to be accepted: It must be in its original packaging and with its label without any alteration. If the merchandise meets these requirements, we will give you a coupon with the value of the merchandise you want to return so that you can choose again what you want to purchase from Wapa. This is valid within the seven days in which you have received the merchandise you wish to exchange, otherwise after these seven days an exchange is not acceptable. We do not accept exchanges or refunds.
